Answer:100

Step-by-step :Let b 's income is x % more of a

Given,

a=b-50.%ofb-(i)

Sol,

B=a+x%of a

Now,putting value of a from eqn i

B=B-50B/100+X%(B-50B/100)

B =(100B-50B)/100 +Bx/100-

50Bx/10000

B =50B/100+(100Bx-50Bx)/1000

B =50B/100+50Bx/10000

B=B(1/2 +x/200)

B/B=1/2+x/200

x/200=B/B-1/2

x/200=1-1/2

X/200=1/2

X=200/2

So,x=100

By,x% ,B is greater to A.

Here , A = 50%

We can find the required percentage with the help of given formula ,

Required percentage =

50

× 100 = 100%

100- 50

Second method to solve this question ,

⇒ Let's B income = ₹ 100 ⇒ A income = ₹ 50.

Required % =

100 - 50

× 100 = 100%

50
