if a salesman sells goods worth ₹20000 he earns a bonus of 1% of the value sold by him . for selling goods for the next ₹10000 , he gets a bonus of 2% for the additional goods sold. he gets a bonus of 4% for the next ₹ 10000 worth of goods sold . find the earning of the saleman if he sold ₹40000 worth of goods ?

Given that he makes 1450 on commission alone.

⇒5% of Total sales=1450

Total=29000

Given that he earns 1% on excess of sales of 20000

Earnings=1% of excess
