If a set consists only the digit zero{element), is the set considered a null set or a singleton set???? N wat is an universal set???

If any set contains an element, it cannot be a Null set (even if the element is 0). Yes, you can safely say that is is a Singleton or a Unit Set.

Next we come to the Universal set. It is the master set that contains all objects or elements and of which all other sets are subsets. So for instance, a set containing all natural numbers would be a universal set for all other subsets have finite elements. I can give you another example, the set of all points on a line is another example of a universal set.
