Hope u like my process
=====================
=> Let the CP be Rs x

=> SP of fridge = Rs 18000

=> Profit = SP - CP =Rs (18000-x)

=> Profit % = 20%

So..

 = > \bf \: profit\% = \frac{profit}{CP} \times 100 \\ \\ = > \it 20 = \frac{(18000 - x)}{x} \times 100 \\ \\ = > \it18000 - x = \frac{20}{100} \times x = 0.2x \\ \\ = > \it 0.2x + x = 18000 = 1.2x \\ \\ = > \bf x = \frac{18000}{1.2} = \underline{Rs \: \:15000}

Hence the required CP will be Rs 15000
