\large{\boxed{\bold{Answer:}}}

Profit = 8%

According to the question,

cp \times \frac{108}{100} = 1296 \\ \\ = > cp = 1296 \times \frac{108}{100} \\ \\ = > cp = 12 \times 100 \\ \\ = > cp = 1200

When the shopkeeper sells at loss of 5%

 = > 1200 \times \frac{95}{100} \\ \\ => 1140

The selling price at the loss of 5% is 1140rs

\large{\boxed{\bold{Hope\:it\:helps\:you!}}}
