Answer - 20%

Explanation -
For this type of question assume Mark Price that easily get deducted
Let Mark Price is Rs. 120
When 10% discount is given we have  120 - 10%of120 = (120 - 12) = 108

So Selling Price is Rs. 108 and we have to make 8% profit on it so our Cost Price will become Rs. 100

By this we have MP 120 and CP 100 so we have raised our MP by 20%

We can assume any number as our Marked Price the answer will be same.
