Given that,

  • Mass of shoping cart = 65 kg
  • Acceleration = 0.3 m/s^2
  • Force = ?

we know,

  • Force = Mass × Acceleration
  • Force = 65 kg × 0.3 m/s^2
  • Force = 19.5×kg×m/s^2
  • (N = kg×m/s^2)
  • Force = 19.5 N

Therefore, the force acting on the shopping cart is 19.5 Newtons.

Hope this helps you.
