If a simple pendulum oscillates for
40 times in 50s, then what is its time period?​

T= 1.25 seconds

Explanation:

Since frequency(v) is the no. of times an object oscillates per second, therefore frequency of the pendulum is 40/50,

                                                                 = 0.8 Hz

According to frequency-time relation,

v=1/T(time period)

vT=1

T=1/v

On substitution,

T= 1/ 0.8

T= 1.25 seconds.
