if a solenoid is made up of insulated metals...how will we let pass the current??

because insulation is outside and the conductor is present inside...

By insulated metals, we mean metallic wires made of good conductors that are only covered in insulating material like PVC or plastic coating so prevent accidents/shocks on touching it.

So the current passes through it without any problem.
