Relative density = Density of material/ density of water at 0°C

Density of water at 0°C = 1g/cc

So, density of particle is 7.5 g/cc

Volume of cube = 3 x 3 x 3 = 27cc

So, mass = Density x Volume = 7.5 x 27 = 202.5
