If a solution changes the colour of litmus red to blue, what can you say about its pH?​

Acids have pH lower than 7, bases have pH more than 7 and pH of neutral compounds is 7. Strong acids have a lower pH value whereas strong bases have higher pH value. Thus, the pH of a solution has to be 10 (i.e basic in nature) in order to change the colour of red litmus to blue.
