if a space shuttle is traveling at a speed of 12000 km per minute how much time will it take to travel a distance of 400 km

Formula :

Speed = distance / time

Given :

speed = 12,000 km / min

           = 12,000 km / 60 s

           = 1200 km / 6 s

           = 200 km / s

Put distance as 400 km

So :

200 km / s = 400 km / time

==> time = 400 km s / 200 km

              = 2 s

The time taken to travel 400 km will be 2 s
