Distance = 100m

time = 9.83s

Average speed =

 \frac{total \: distance}{total \: time \: taken}

  =  > \frac{100}{9.83}  \\  =  > 10.17 \\

Now converting 10.17 in km/hour

 =  > 10.17 \times  \frac{5}{18}  \\  \\  =  > 2.825
