Distance travelled=100m
Time taken =9.83 sec

Average speed=total distance/total time taken
 = \frac{100}{9.83} \\ = 10.17
So,the answer is 10.17m/s
But we need it in km/h
To convert it in km/h we have to multiple it with 18/5.
 = > 10.17 \times \frac{18}{5} \\ = > 36.612
Hence,
The average speed=36.612km/h
