if we give values for them for example a=2 b=2 c=2

as a square + b square + c square - ab-bc-ca=0

   2 square + 2 square + 2 square - 2 x 2 - 2 x 2 -2 x 2

=   4 + 4 + 4 - 4 - 4 - 4

as this is true  a square + b square + c square - ab-bc-ca=0

a=b=c

2=2=2
