if a student has a straight tube looking at light and a tube bent in the middle, can you still see the light and can you explain it im struggling and confused. (this is my first post :D)

If the tube is straight , the student can easily see the light . But if the tube is bent , he can not see the light . The reason behind it is that light always travel in a straight line( rectilinear propagation is the name of this property ). Therefore when the tube is bent , light would not travel and he will not be able to see light.
