if a student passed in 2019 in 10th class and and admission in 2021 (1 year gap no admission)in 11 class . is this student is regular student of class 11?​

Well, officially speaking you can take admission into class 11th after as many years after passing class 10th as you want. But most of the best schools don't accept such candidates usually. But then again all depends on how good you had performed in your class 10th. Don't worry take admission in some school and perform well in your 12th boards, as that would speak for your loss.
