Forces FH and FV represents the components of the force that the tank exerts on the fluid.

In order for this force system to be in equilibrium, the horizontal and the component are equal in magnitude as well as collinear with F2.

FV equals the magnitude as well as collinear with resultant of the vertical with forces F1 and W.
