Plasmodium in their blood but they do not

those people must be not showing the symptoms can be due to two reason..

1)they may have got malaria early and their cells may have created machinist against due to which when next time they got it the fimaliar cell created the same mechanism against it

2) it also depends on immunity ...

i think that the person has malaria but this can be missed when there is a significant time leg from exposure and negative initial tests so the red blood cells cover the plasmodium in the first test so a second test required immediately if he or she continues without any symptoms showing
