Well this is a question of kinematics and laws of motion parts of physics, I m going to ignore the real life situation i.e. friction, pressure on pipes just after separation etc. And I m going to give a simple mathematical answer to this question.
The speed of train will remain same, as the bogies are detached one by one but all of them would be moving at the constant speed (friction ignored) so according the conservation of momentum the momentum of system remains conserved. Hence the train will move at same speed
