if transversal intersect two parallel lines ,then the sum of interior and exterior angle on same side of the transversal is =180°

The same-side angle theorem states that when two lines that are parallel are intersected by a transversal line, the same-side interior or exterior  angles that are formed are supplementary, or add up to 180 degrees.
