k = -8.5 unit

Given :-

(x1,y1) > (2,-6)

(x2,y2) > (5,4)

(x3,y3) > (k,4)

A = 35sq units

A = {x1(y2-y3) - x2(y1-y3) + x3(y1-y2)} = 35

{2(4-4) - 5(-6-4) + k(-6-4)} = 35

0 - 5(-10) + k (-10) = 35

-50 -10k = 35

10k = -85

k = -8.5
