This is not possible. Anything can not have negative potential difference. If it have, then the over all potential difference is now 220+220 = 440 v. And 120 W power means, if it is provided with 440 volts, then it will use 120 w power.
Important ---- You dont have to provide 440 v to it. If you will simply plug it in normal outlet, which is of 220 v , then the over all potential difference is 440 v at this time.
