Vector OP is given as

OP = 3i + 3j

now we can find its magnitude as well as its direction both

magnitude = \sqrt{3^2 + 3^2}

magnitude = 3\sqrt2

now in order to find the direction

\theta = tan^{-1}\frac{3}{3} = 45 degree

now when vector is rotated by 15 degree

its magnitude will remain unchanged

while angle of vector will become 45 + 15 = 60 degree

now the Y component of the vector is given by

Y = OP sin60

Y = 3\sqrt2 *sin60

Y = 3.67
