Hypothetically speaking

Direction of the Vehicle is not mentioned so let us consider it is moving in a straight path

so,

speed=distance/time

and in this case the distance is fixed so let us call it constant.

so speed is inversely proportional to time. As the speed increases the time will reduce.

And in the question above its written that the vehicle reaches 10mins later which is not possible- neither theoretically nor practically.
