density = mass / volume

= 250/1000 ÷ 500/1000

= 0.25 ÷ 0.5
=0.5 kg/m^3

Density = Mass / Volume
= (250 g) / (500 cm³)
= 0.5 g/cm³

∴ Density of given object is 0.5 g/cm³

[Note: If you want to convert it to kg/m³ then it’s simple because 1 g/cm³ = 1 kg/m³. So, 0.5 g/cm³ = 0.5 kg/m³]
