because if 2 people can build the wall in 5 days then it is obvious that 4 people take less time to build that wall

let 4 people in x days = 1 (wall)
so 1 people in 1 day = 1/4x (wall)
but 1 people in 1 day = 1/10 (wall)
therefore,
1/4x = 1/10
x = 10/4
so 4 people in 10/4 days = 1 (wall)
hence 4 people in 10/4 days can build a wall.
