S.P = Rs.60
Loss = 15%
S.P = C.P*(100-L%)/100
60 = C.P*(100-15)/100
60 = C.P*85/100
C.P = 70.588(approx.)
Now he has to gain 2%
S.P = C.P*(100+G%)/100
       = 70.588*102/100 = Rs.72
Hence S.P should be Rs.72 to gain 2%.

OR
15% loss---- 85%===60....(sold @ 85% C.P = 60)
2% profit---- 102%==X......(sold @ 102% C.P = ?? )
X = 102*60/85 = Rs.72
Hope it helps
