Answer:Let radius of smaller wheel is r and it makes n revolutions.

So, radius of bigger wheel is r+7 and it makes n-100 revolutions.

So, for smaller wheel

2*pi*r*n = 8800 (in cm as r is in cm)

44/7. *rn =8800

rn= 1400

For bigger wheel

2*pi*(r+7)*(n-100) = 8800

(r+7)(n-100) = 1400

rn+ 7n-100r-700=1400

1400+ 7n -100*14000/n -700 =1400

7n^2 -700n -140000 =0

n^2 -100n -20000 =0

n = 200

r =1400/200 = 7

r =
