side length=9cm
now perimeter of square=4 x 9=36cm
so, length of wire=36cm
now half perimeter of circle=pi.r
36=pi.r
r=36/pi
now area of semicircle=1/2pi.r^2=1/2pi. (36/pi.)^2=(36 x 36)/2pi=648/pi cm^2
