length of wire=440m

In form of a circle,

circumference=440=2piR

R=220×7/22

R=70m

so area=piR²

=22/7×70×70

=22×700=15400m²

Now,a square

Perimeter=440m

side=440/4=110m

therefore,area=(110)²=12100m²

Now ratio=circle/square

=15400/12100

=14/11

14:11 is the answer
