if a wooden cylinder of radius r and height h is peeled to produce a perfect cone radius and height then find the volume of the peels​

Height = h

Volume of cylinder = πr^2*h

This is peeled into perfect cone. That means, radius of base and height are maintained same.

Cone shape is preserved, and remaining wood is peeled off.  

Radius of base of Cone = r

Height of Cone = h

Volume of cone = πr^2*h/3

Volume of peeled of wood = difference in volumes of Cylinder and cone

= 2πr^2h/3
