 {ax}^{2}  + bx + c = 0

If the roots are equal then

the discriminant is 0

 {b}^{2}  - 4ac = 0

  \frac{ {b}^{2} }{4a}  = c

Hence,the required equation is

c =  \frac{ {b}^{2} }{4a}
