If a² + b² = 21 and ab = 2 , then find the value of ( a + b )

We \: know \: (a+b) ^2=a^2+b^2+2ab \\ Acc. \: to \: ques, \\ (a+b) ^2=21+2(2) \\ (a+b) ^2=21+4 \\ (a+b) ^2=25 \\ a+b=\sqrt{25} \\ a+b=5
