if a² + b²= 58 and a b= 21 find the value of a + b and a -b​

Given, (a+b)^2 = a² + b²+2ab

           (a+b)^2 = 58 + 2(21)

           (a+b)^2 = 100

              ∴ a+b = 10

(a-b)^2 = a² + b²-2ab

(a-b)^2 = 58 - 2(21)

(a-b)^2 = 16

              ∴ a-b = 4
