it is a isosceles triangle

therefore angle BCA = BAC

so angle ABC = 180 - 2x

since we know exterior angle is equal to sum of its interior opposite angles

angle ABC  + angle BAC = 115

so 180 - 2x + x = 115

therefore x = 65 degree
