if AB is equal to 12 cm BC is equal to 16 cm and AB perpendicular to BC ,then what is the radius of the circle passing through the points A ,B and C?

By Pythagoras theorem, we know that

AC^2 = AB^2 + BC^2

          = (12)^2 + (16)^2

          = 144 + 256

          = 400.

AC = 20

Diameter of the circle = 20cm.

Radius will be r = d/2

                           = 10cm.
