We are given triangle ABC is similar to triangle PQR and also their area us given so by theorem area of similar triangle

ar(ABC)/ar(PQR) = AB²/PQ²

16/81 = 2²/PQ²

PQ² = (81)(4)/16

PQ² = 81/4

PQ = 9/2

PQ = 4.5 cm
