if abrogation of article 370 is uncontitutional . why did the bjp govtment removed article 370 and 35A from the j&k.?​

no it is not unconstitutional, because a parliament can not take decision that is unconstitutional. the reason for that is according to the Instrument of Accession, that was signed by The king of Jammu and kashmir, He agreed to be a part of Union of India. but it was given special status for a particular time, now the Govt. have removed that Article 375 as terrorism was flourishing there, making Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh a part of India just like any other state or UT
