a horse pull cart as when a horse live force on ground by his feet,then he do an action and then the body give equal and opposite reaction so as to a horse move forward and then it pull the carts...

It can be done by when the horse pushes the ground backward with it's feet then the ground will offer an equal reaction forward on the feet of the horse which gives the forward motion to cart.
