let given is AE/EB=AD/DC

AE+EB=13

AE=13-EB

so

13-EB /EB=3/2

(because DC=2 AD=3)

by cross multiply

2(13-EB)=3EB

26 -2EB=3EB

EB=26/5

now

AE+EB=13

AE=13-26/5

AE=65-26/5

AE=39/5

so

AE/EB =AD/D.C.

39/5➗26/5=3/2

39/26=3/2

39/3=26/2

13=13 ( ans
