If ad isn't equal to bc then prove that the equation
(a^2 + b^2) x^2 + 2(ac + bd) x +(c^2+d^2) = 0 has no real roots

the equation is in the form of ax²+bx+c
A=a²+b²
B=2ac+bd
C=c²+d²
substitute the values in b²-4ac...
the answer will be negative, hence the equation has no real roots.....Hence Proved
