If AIDS is not a congenital disease, then how is it transmitted from a mother to her child during birth?

It is spread by breastfeeding and from infected mothe to child through pregnancy

AIDS are spread through sexual contact and through blood. if a women is having child in her womb that means the child is having the blood of his/her mother and also from breast feeding. and in this way aids spread from one person to another
