if air is made of 78% of Nitrogen and 21% oxygen and we inhale environmental air, then how we can say that we inhale air consisting a major proportion of oxygen ?

actually,
when we inhale, we get all the components present in the air.our body then extracts oxygen from it and release the rest of them out during exhalation.this even includes nitrogen but not as the major component. our body even takes in a little, very little amount of nitrogen too.
