α,β are the roots of 4x²+3x+7 = 0
α+β = - 3/ 4
αβ = 7/4

1/α + 1/β = (α+β)/αβ = -3/7

First find the values of alfa and beeta by the sum of zeroes and products of zeroes formula.
Then use the values to find it.
