1. if the salary I've been given isn't any equally lower to begin with normally this is what artist and teachers salary to begin with
2. if I were given a right amount of equaled salary based on my performances
3. if the taxes arent any equally high than my salary

for no. 1 even if it's equally remunerated it's still possible that even if you excelled in a job they would give you a very low salary even if it's equal for others as well
no. 2 if it's a right amount weighing a balance on my performances then no need it to be equal if the salary is high then of course people would go to that job however people could slack of there and still be given a high amount of salary but no need to make it low just the right amount based on their and/or my performances
finally no. 3 if the taxes I need to pay for that job is higher than my salary I'm pretty sure it'll be a no go same as for everybody
