If all the decisions of a political party are made by a single family and all other members are neglected, then what challenge is being faced by that party​

• There is a tendency in political parties to display obeisance to the founders of the party or a few leaders.

• They are fraught with lack of inner party democracy.

• Power and decision making prowess is vested with one or a few leaders at the top.

• They do not hold organisational meetings nor do they conduct internal elections regularly.

• These parties do not have the were withal or the influence needed to precipitate decisions.

• Such parties display brinkmanship of the highest order as they have no clear ideology.

• Parties do not maintain membership register as their membership count is unstable.

• The party workers are often left unrecognized for their efforts at building it at the grass roots
