One will not be able to sense anything ..

Like let someone cut your hand ..then you will not react on it and even not feel any pain ...

Simillarly you can see things but your mind will no be able to interpret it as the optic nerve carry this information to brain.

And life is not possible without it as your body parts will not hear to your brain .......

Answer:

Dendrites serve as sensors for information, which they transmit to the cell bodies of the neuron via the synapse after receiving it from other neurons. Nothing but dendrons can continue split to produce dentrites.

The target would be unable to carry out its intended function as directed by the nucleus found in the cell body if either the axon or the dendrite were damaged. For example, the gland that must secrete or the muscle that must contract might be inhibited.

The cytoplasm of the neuron cell bodies is extended by the dendrites. The neuron's cell body contains a well defined nucleus and granular cytoplasm. The synapse is the point where the dendrites of an axon meet the terminal branches of another neuron. The dendrites' role is to provide and transport impulses to the cell body or cyton.

  • The neurons would obviously not be able to sense the original information if it were the dendritic section, and they would thus be unable to comprehend it.
