I am saying no because no vountry or family as you have said can develop if there is only one type of skill.

In that case there will be serious underdevelopment .the country needs to be balanced with all sectors participating in contribution to the economy

If there is one skill in the entire country then it means that the areas will be underdeveloped .

There will be innovations in that one field while the others will be zero innovation .

A country fo example of farmers with no teachers is a messed up country
