if all the molecular motion of a gas ceases,then what is its temperature?

If you are saying that molecules of gas stop moving, then the temprature would be very close to absolute zero(0°K). 'Cause the molecule is not moving means its center of mass isnt changed by any external force but if it changes internal force like rotation or motion particles, then it is not said to be moving. So their is possibility of the molecule being rotated because of its initial angular momentum provided by the motion of previuos moment or the revolution of electrons, vibration of atoms of the molecules, or the vibration of quarks and gluon in the nucleons of atoms may change and increase the temprature. But if every thing even light or radiations stops moving the system of gas would be at absolute zero.
